Panelists will discuss technology, workflow, and best practice considerations when setting up a palliative care telehealth program and offer in-depth analysis to a rural hospital working to set up a palliative care telemedicine program.

Panelists:

 Denny Lordan is the Telehealth Partnering Manager for Providence St. Joseph Health. Denny has been involved in the development of telehealth networks, programs and services for over 20 years. He is also involved regionally and nationally in advocacy efforts to advance the field of telehealth and remove legal and regulatory barriers that inhibit the growth of clinical programs and services.

Tammy Arndt is the Director of Northwest Telehealth, and coordinates the technical delivery and support for the Rural Palliative Care Telehealth Case Consultations. She is the Eastern Washington Board Member of the Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource Center, a certified Telehealth Program Manager, and winner of the 2018 Mary Selecky Award  from the Washington Rural Health Association for her outstanding contributions to rural health.

Deb Watson RN, BSN, MBA, NEA-BC is the  Clinical Project Manager, at Pullman Regional Hospital. She is the Clinical Coordinator for the Rural Palliative Care Telehealth Case Consultations and helps sites prepare cases, coordinates panelist preparation,  and moderates the sessions. She leads Pullman’s  palliative care services development.
