Dr. Jean teaches how to make three healthy, hearty salads along with the accompaniments to make them truly special. We'll create a Greek salad with dolmas stuffed with rice and pine nuts; fruited chicken salad with grapes and celery tossed with a spicy honey Dijon dressing, and served over a slaw of apple and spiralized zucchini; and snow pea, jicama, and orange salad with ginger miso dressing served over fluffy millet. Knife skills and other kitchen techniques are also part of this hands-on class. Designed for ages 13-18.
