Welcome to Kids’ College and #TeenSummer@Whatcom! We hope you’ll join us this summer for a fun and enriching college experience. Courses range from traditional to high tech and are designed for a variety of age levels (see class descriptions for details). Topic areas include:
On Monday, Annalee and the class will make Spanish potato croquets, spinach and feta filo pockets, and dates with balsamic syrup and local hand-crafted cheese. Thursday's session covers local heirloom tomato bites with grilled chicken and an easy pesto drizzle; artichoke tapenade with pita chips; and a crunchy grape, apple, walnut salad on local baby greens. Designed for ages 7-13.
