“Painting has given me a way to continue to learn, to try new things. While my first love was watercolor – a medium with a life and mind of its own - I also find myself drawn to express my creativity through acrylic/mixed media. I describe my art as painting, collage and sculpture as I incorporate pigment, texture, found and everyday objects. My work continually allows me to push my creative envelope. I think that’s what life is all about.”
