After more than 20 years in the culinary industry, as a pastry chef and later as a food entrepreneur, Jennifer loves being able to share her knowledge of the crazy and sometimes frustrating food industry.
After earning both a BS and a BA from Boston University, Jennifer attended culinary school at L'Academie de Cuisine where she earned a Pastry Arts certificate. After spending years working for luxury hotels (mainly in ski resort towns so as to also get in some good skiing!), Jennifer enrolled in Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and earned her MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance.
Jennifer is the mom to an energetic toddler and an even more energetic German Shorthaired Pointer. She runs a lot–with one, the other, or both of them–in the hopes of tiring them out. It only really tires her out!
