BREAKFAST

The Dockside Campus Food Service

The Dockside is WCC’s campus food service adjacent to the Registration/Check-in area in the Syre Student Center foyer. Here you’ll find coffee, tea, espresso drinks, cold drinks, pastries, energy bars, fruit, yogurt and more.

Local Restaurants

There are several restaurants close to campus that serve breakfast. A list of dining establishments within walking distance of our campus will be available at the Concierge Desk next to the Registration/Check-in area.

LUNCH

Attendees are welcome to bring a brown bag lunch each day. For other options see below:

Food Trucks

Whatcom County is home to a growing variety of food trucks, and we are very excited to show you a selection of what Bellingham has to offer!

Friday: Cubano Cubano, serving Cubano sandwiches, Cuban-style bowls, and sides

Saturday: Papou's Gyros, serving Greek pita sandwiches

Local Restaurants

There are many restaurants close to campus that serve lunch. A list of dining establishments within walking distance of our campus will be available at the Concierge Desk next to the Registration/Check-in area.

We recommend the Food Co-Op Deli for attendees with strict dietary requirements. They have a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options, and are located adjacent to Whatcom’s campus. Visit the Concierge Desk for directions.

Box Lunches ($10 each)

For your convenience, we will provide a box lunch option for attendees who would like to eat lunch on campus with other attendees while enjoying our beautiful campus setting. To choose this option, you must register and pay for your lunch selection by June 15.FRIDAY Box Lunches

The Skagit

Sliced turkey and Swiss on a croissant with lettuce and tomato. Served with SunChips, fruit, gourmet cookie, and condiments.

The Fairhaven (Vegetarian)

Cream cheese, red pepper, lettuce, tomato, red onion, black olives and cucumber, stuffed in a whole wheat pita. Served with SunChips, fruit, gourmet cookie, and condiments. 

SATURDAY Box Lunches

The Nanaimo

A turkey club wrap with sliced Turkey rolled in a flour tortilla with bacon, lettuce, tomato and a mayo Spread. Served with SunChips, fruit, gourmet cookie, and condiments.

The Chuckanut (Vegetarian)

Hummus, feta, tomatoes, lettuce, black olives and tahini rolled in a spinach tortilla. Served with fruit, SunChips, gourmet cookie, and condiments.

DINNER

Dinner is on your own each evening. There will be no dinner dining options on campus.
