Arrivals

Students are asked to schedule their flights to the US to correspond with the suggested arrival dates. Homestays and Cedar Hall housing are not are not available until the arrival dates, and students will be responsible for arranging their own temporary accommodations if they arrive early.

Airport pick up

New students arriving on the suggested arrival dates

International Programs arranges airport shuttle service from SeaTac to Bellingham for all new international students living college-provided housing (homestay or Cedar Hall) for a fee of $75. Students must arrive at SeaTac between 9am and 3pm.

Airport pick-up instructions will be provided after receiving your airport Airport Arrival & Pickup form which can be found at the end of this page.

New students not arriving on the suggested arrival dates

WCC will make shuttle reservations for new students not arriving on the suggested arrival dates, but there will not be a WCC staff member at the SeaTac airport helping students to get from Seattle to Bellingham.

Current or returning students

WCC does not provide airport pick-up service for current/returning students. We recommend the Bellair Airporter Shuttle, which provides service from SeaTac to Bellingham airport.

Guests

Guests traveling with students need to make their hotel arrangements in Bellingham, as they are not permitted in homestays or Cedar Hall. Upon arrival in Bellingham, students will be driven directly to their homestay or Cedar Hall. Guests should arrange travel on the Airporter Shuttle independently.  Please note, guests will need to make their own transportation arrangements when they arrive in Bellingham.
