The Simpson Intercultural Center will be hosting folks from Community to Community Development (C2C), a local women-led, grassroots organization working on food sovereignty, labor justice, and equitable access to governing processes. Join us for trivia and an information session on Thursday, November 21, from 1:00-3:00 in the Simpson Intercultural Center (SYRE 217). This event is open to the entire campus community.

Our trivia will focus on social justice themes such as farmworker rights and food sovereignty. The trivia questions will be general enough to allow anyone to participate, but also related to C2C’s work so that people can learn about these important topics. In addition to the trivia, C2C staff will also share about their work, including opportunities to get involved.
