Drama offers fun and challenging classes and activities in acting, production and introductory theatre.
- Acting classes focus on monologues and scenes, using methods such as Stanislavsky’s system, Michael Chekhov technique, and Viewpoints.
- Introduction to Theatre surveys the history, literature and theory of theatre from the ancient Greeks to today, using social justice ideas and movements as a lens.
- Theatre productions are produced each quarter and are open to all students.
- The Performing Arts Organization sponsors extra-curricular activities in drama, including an improvisation club.
