Criminal justice at Whatcom

Prepare for an exciting career in law enforcement, corrections, private/retail security, and more! Whether you choose to pursue a general degree or to specialize in computer forensics, this program provides the foundation for entry level and to move forward with your career.

Whatcom's criminal justice program offers two associate of applied science (AAS) degree options and a certificate.

Criminal justice, associate of applied science (90 credits)
Criminal justice - computer forensics, associate of applied science (90 credits)
Criminal justice, certificate (45-46 credits)

If your plan is to study criminal justice at a university, you should complete an Associate in Arts & Sciences (AAS/DTA) transfer degree.  Meet with the transfer advisor for social sciences to discuss your pathway.

Costs

The costs for Washington state residents enrolled full time in the criminal justice program average approximately $2,000 per quarter, including tuition, books, fees, and supplies.
